We want every NUVROM order to arrive safely and smoothly. Below you'll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Shipping

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all eligible orders within the 48 contiguous United States.

Fast Dispatch

Orders ship from our California warehouse within 48 hours.

Estimated dispatch dates are also shown on each product page and included in your order confirmation email.

Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days.

Delivery times may vary for remote locations, holidays, or severe weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.

Returns

We gladly accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

 - Be in its original, undamaged condition
 - Be disassembled, if originally delivered disassembled
 - Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible

If the original packaging is no longer suitable for shipping, please use a box of similar size. The return package must comply with standard UPS and FedEx small parcel shipping requirements.

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping fees apply to returned items and will be deducted from your refund.

Return shipping fee: $50 per box.

If your order was delivered in multiple boxes, a $50 return shipping fee will apply to each returned box.

Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has shipped.

If you need to cancel, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, it will be treated as a return and our standard return policy will apply.
